Perfection!

I usually make homemade lemon curd, but if I am in a hurry sometimes purchase it. This lemon curd is the closest to homemade that I’ve found. It has the perfect balance of sweetness, tartness, and buttery richness. It has the flavor of real lemon and real butter. Some brands of lemon curd taste artificial, even when real ingredients are listed in the ingredients, but not this one! My only complaint is the price is significantly higher than at local grocery stores. But if you need quick delivery or don’t have this brand available locally, the few extra dollars are well worth it for the quality. And honestly, with the sky-high price of butter, eggs, sugar and lemons, you might still come out ahead as opposed to homemade.
